By using the services of Dr. Gas Mobile , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All repair services are carried out with care and expertise. However, Dr. Gas Mobile is not responsible for data loss or further damage due to pre-existing issues.
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data before handing over any device for repair.
Water-damaged devices are repaired at the customer’s risk. Full recovery is not guaranteed.
A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply if no solution is found.
Repaired devices come with a limited warranty (typically 30 days) on parts replaced. The warranty does not cover physical or water damage after repair.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
Used phones are sold with limited warranty, if applicable. We will inform you of the warranty period at the time of purchase.
Dr. Gas Mobile ensures that all sold devices are tested and confirmed to be in working condition before delivery.
No returns or exchanges unless a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period (subject to inspection).
Payment must be made in full before receiving any product or completed repair.
We accept cash, mobile money, and approved electronic payments.
Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification of repair completion may be considered abandoned and become the property of Dr. Gas Mobile.
While we take every precaution during repairs, Dr. Gas Mobile is not liable for any indirect damage, loss of income, or issues arising from device use after service.
We do not access, store, or share your personal data. Devices are treated with strict confidentiality.
Dr. Gas Mobile reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of the latest version
