Terms and Conditions – DR GAS MOBILE

By using the services of Dr. Gas Mobile , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Repairs

  • All repair services are carried out with care and expertise. However, Dr. Gas Mobile is not responsible for data loss or further damage due to pre-existing issues.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data before handing over any device for repair.

  • Water-damaged devices are repaired at the customer’s risk. Full recovery is not guaranteed.

  • A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply if no solution is found.

  • Repaired devices come with a limited warranty (typically 30 days) on parts replaced. The warranty does not cover physical or water damage after repair.

2. Phone Sales

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

  • Used phones are sold with limited warranty, if applicable. We will inform you of the warranty period at the time of purchase.

  • Dr. Gas Mobile ensures that all sold devices are tested and confirmed to be in working condition before delivery.

  • No returns or exchanges unless a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period (subject to inspection).

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full before receiving any product or completed repair.

  • We accept cash, mobile money, and approved electronic payments.

4. Customer Property

  • Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification of repair completion may be considered abandoned and become the property of Dr. Gas Mobile.

5. Liability

  • While we take every precaution during repairs, Dr. Gas Mobile is not liable for any indirect damage, loss of income, or issues arising from device use after service.

6. Privacy

  • We do not access, store, or share your personal data. Devices are treated with strict confidentiality.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Dr. Gas Mobile reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of the latest version
