Return Policy – DR GAS MOBILE

At Dr. Gas Mobile, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Phones (New & Used)

New Phones can only be returned within 7 days if the device is faulty and the fault is not caused by customer damage.
Used Phones (second-hand) can only be returned within 3 days for critical faults not disclosed during the sale.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must have the original receipt
- The phone must be returned in the same condition as sold
- All accessories and original packaging (if provided) must be included

2. Accessories

Accessories (e.g., chargers, headphones, cases) can be returned or exchanged within 2 days only if:
- The item is unused
- It is returned in its original, unopened packaging
- You have the receipt

3. Non-Returnable Items

Repaired devices
Devices damaged after sale or due to customer mishandling
Items without receipts or those returned after the allowed period

4. Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection. If we determine the item is ineligible for return, we will return it to you without a refund or exchange.
