Refund Policy – DR GAS MOBILE

At Dr. Gas Mobile , we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product and service. Please review our refund policy below:


1. Phone Repairs

  • No refunds will be issued for completed repair services once the customer has confirmed the device is working.

  • If a repair fails due to the same issue within the warranty period (usually 30 days), we will recheck and fix the problem at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are not given for issues caused by physical damage, water damage, or customer mishandling after repair.


2. Phone Sales

  • All new phone sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the device is faulty and cannot be fixed or replaced within 7 days of purchase.

  • For used (second-hand) phones, returns are only accepted within 3 days if the phone has a serious fault not disclosed at purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

    • You must return the phone with original packaging and receipt

    • The device must be in the same condition as sold


3. Accessories

  • Refunds or exchanges for phone accessories (chargers, cases, etc.) are only allowed within 2 days of purchase, and only if the item is unused and in original packaging.


4. Deposits

  • Deposits made for special orders or repair parts are non-refundable if the customer cancels the request after parts have been ordered.


5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be processed via cash or mobile money within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Customers must present a valid receipt and, if applicable, the device in question.
