Cancellation Policy – DR GAS MOBILE

At Dr. Gas Mobile , we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and efficiency for both our team and our valued customers.


1. Repair Service Cancellations

  • You may cancel a repair request before work begins at no charge.

  • If cancellation occurs after repair work has started or parts have been ordered, a service fee or parts cost may be deducted from any refund.

  • Deposits made for repairs or special part orders are non-refundable once processing begins.


2. Phone or Accessory Orders

  • If you’ve made a special order (e.g., specific phone or accessory), you may cancel within 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already been shipped or purchased.

  • For in-store purchases, cancellations are not allowed after payment is completed, unless the item is found to be faulty under our return policy.

4. Refund for Cancellations

  • If eligible, refunds for canceled services or orders will be processed via cash or mobile money within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Proof of payment and a valid ID may be required.
